Coláiste Choilm CBS is a Catholic Boys school founded by The Christian Brothers in 1967. It is a member ofERST(The Edmund Rice Schools Trust). It combines a strong emphasis on academic achievement with a caring attitude to all its students. The schoolmission statementfollows the Christian Brothers' philosophy of creating a community of students whose central purpose is the religious, moral, intellectual, physical and social education of the student. This community seeks to create an atmosphere of Christian care and concern in which the student can grow to maturity.

Under 17's will play St. Mary's Drogheda in 3rd Round of Leinster Cup provisionally fixed for Thurs 4th Dec. See Noticebord for details

Under 19's were eliminated from the Leinster Cup losing 6-2 to a very good St.Pauls North Brunswick Street. The lads have also been knocked out of the league losing all 3 group games. Hard luck to the squad!

Under 14 Gaelic Footballers play their quarter-final on Monday 1st Dec in St. Bridgets. Best of luck lads!!

Senior hurlers win Dublin Title with a 4 point victory ....... Click here to see Report .....

Junior and Senior Footballers habe begun their Dublin leagues. The seniors recorded a resounding first day victory over Chanel College and play their 2nd group match on Thurs 27th Nov 2014. The juniors were beaten in their opening fixture and have a chance to register their first win when they play their 2nd group game also on Thursday 27th Nov. GOOD LUCK TO BOTH!

Best of luck to former 5th Year students Zac Elbouzedi and Jonathan Lunney who have begun their professional soccer careers with West Brom and Preston respectively. Also keep an eye out for former students Shane Elworthy and Gareth McCaffrey who are also plying their trade across the water with Fulham F.C and Hibs respectively. Best of luck to Alan O'Sullivan who recently returned home from Aberdeen and who is now playing with Shelbourne F.C and Ireland's Under 19 international team.

Congratulations to last years 6th Year Students Conor Brennan and Barry Tyrell who both finished in the top 4% of Leaving Certificate Candidates. Both were awarded with Entrance Scholarships from U.C.D.

Congratulations also to Ryan McDyer and Cian O'Hagan who received D.C.U. scholarships
